Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Job Type: Full-time
This role will focus on all aspects of customer satisfaction and care through the call centre; providing answers to financial questions, following up to recover late payments, and sharing customer feedback.
- Explain Cherehani Africa’s suit of products to customers
- Enter customer information into the Cherehani CRM
- Ensure customers queries are answered to their satisfaction
- Work with respective credit officers to resolve payment issues and share customer feedback
- Proactively work with leads to build a pipeline of potential customers
- Managing incoming calls
- Fluent in both English and Swahili
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working as a customer service representative or in a call centre is an added advantage.
