Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Job Type: Full-time

County: Nairobi

This role will focus on all aspects of customer satisfaction and care through the call centre; providing answers to financial questions, following up to recover late payments, and sharing customer feedback.

Responsibilities

  1. Explain Cherehani Africa’s suit of products to customers
  2. Enter customer information into the Cherehani CRM
  3. Ensure customers queries are answered to their satisfaction
  4. Work with respective credit officers to resolve payment issues and share customer feedback
  5. Proactively work with leads to build a pipeline of potential customers
  6. Managing incoming calls

 

Qualifications

  1. Fluent in both English and Swahili
  2. Excellent computer skills
  3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  4. Experience working as a customer service representative or in a call centre is an added advantage.
