Community Participatory Manager
An enterprising tailor who believes the sky is the limit. Benter rose up through the ranks at Cherehani Africa after the management team spotted her zeal, hard work and selfless determination to see the initiative impact greatly on her fellow women. She received her tailoring training at the Ruma Women Tertiary institution.
She has worked with the local Kenyan election office during the registration and civic education for women voters, the exercise equipped her with deep understanding of the local demography and way of living. Benter brings on board a wealth of knowledge in community mobilization and monitoring of social change and/or new social information that are relevant to the development of the initiative. She works closely with all the group chair persons and officials in different markets to communicate their desires and aspirations as well as reminding them of the Cherehani Africa policies and guidelines.
